目的：探讨劳动技能训练对改善慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状、提高自尊水平的作用。方法：120例精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和研究组各60例，对照组单纯药物治疗，研究组药物维持治疗配合劳动技能训练。分别在治疗（训练）前、治疗后1个月、3个月进行阴性症状量表（SANS ）、自尊量表评定。结果：经过3个月训练，研究组与对照组相比，阴性症状明显改善（ P＜0．01），自尊水平也明显提高（ P＜0．01）。结论：劳动技能训练能改善患者的阴性症状，有助于消除患者的自卑情绪，提高患者的自尊水平。
목적：탐토노동기능훈련대개선만성정신분렬증환자적음성증상、제고자존수평적작용。방법：120례정신분렬증환자수궤분위대조조화연구조각60례，대조조단순약물치료，연구조약물유지치료배합노동기능훈련。분별재치료（훈련）전、치료후1개월、3개월진행음성증상량표（SANS ）、자존량표평정。결과：경과3개월훈련，연구조여대조조상비，음성증상명현개선（ P＜0．01），자존수평야명현제고（ P＜0．01）。결론：노동기능훈련능개선환자적음성증상，유조우소제환자적자비정서，제고환자적자존수평。
Objective] To Study the effects of work skills training to improve the negative symptoms and level of self-esteem of chronic schizophrenia .[Method] 120 cases of schizophrenia were randomly divided into drug maintenance therapy combined work skills training group (training group ) and simple drug treatment group (control group ) .Patients were assessed with PNSS Negative Syndrome Scale ,Self -Esteem Scale before treatment ,1 month and 3 months after treatment .[Result] After 3 mouths ,training group improved significantly negative symptoms and obviously improved level of self-esteem .[Conclusion] Work skills training can improve the patients’ negative symptoms and help them eliminate feelings of inferiority and improve their self-esteem .
