目的：探讨白三烯受体拮抗剂联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗儿童中重度变应性鼻炎（AR ）的临床疗效及作用机制。方法：选取112例中重度AR患儿随机分对照组56例和治疗组56例，对照组用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗，疗程均为4周。检测治疗前后患儿血清IL_4、IL_13和IFN_γ变化，并观察治疗后鼻部症状、体征情况及其不良反应。结果：治疗4周后2组患儿鼻部症状、体征评分及血清IL_4、IL_13水平均较治疗前降低（ P＜0．05），血清IFN_γ水平较治疗前升高（ P＜0．05），2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论：白三烯受体拮抗剂联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗儿童中重度AR较糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗有更好的临床疗效，且安全性良好。
목적：탐토백삼희수체길항제연합강산막미송비분제치료인동중중도변응성비염（AR ）적림상료효급작용궤제。방법：선취112례중중도AR환인수궤분대조조56례화치료조56례，대조조용강산막미송비분제치료，치료조재대조조기출상가용맹로사특납치료，료정균위4주。검측치료전후환인혈청IL_4、IL_13화IFN_γ변화，병관찰치료후비부증상、체정정황급기불량반응。결과：치료4주후2조환인비부증상、체정평분급혈청IL_4、IL_13수평균교치료전강저（ P＜0．05），혈청IFN_γ수평교치료전승고（ P＜0．05），2조불량반응발생솔차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。결론：백삼희수체길항제연합강산막미송비분제치료인동중중도AR교강산막미송비분제치료유경호적림상료효，차안전성량호。
Objective ] To analyze the Clinical effect and mechanism of Leukotriene receptor antagonists combined with Mometasone furoate nasal spray on treatment of children with Moderate-serious perennial Allergic Rhinitis (AR) .[Method] 112 children with Moderate -seriousl AR were randomly divided into 2 groups . Control group (n= 56 ) was treated with Mometasone furoate nasal spray and on this base ,patients in treatment group (n=56 ) were additionally administered with mon-telukast sodium tablets on the basis during four weeks as a course of treatment .Serum IL-4 ,IL-13 ,IFN- γbefore and af-ter therapy before and after therapy before and after therapybefore and after therapytreatment therapth were detected and the nasal symptoms ,signs and adverse reaction after treatment were observed . [Result ] After 4 weeks’ medical treatment , the nasal symptoms and Signs score and the serum IL-4 ,IL-13 level in both groups declined sharply than before ,while the serum IFN- γlevel raised sharply than before (P<0 .05 ) .The difference of adverse reactions incidence had no statistical significance in two groups (P>0 .05) .[Conclusion] In treatment of children’s moderate-serious allergic rhinitis ,leukotriene receptor antag-onists combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray has a better clinical curative effect and safety .
