目的：探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS ）患者持续气道正压通气（CPAP ）治疗对其脑血流动力学的影响。方法：2013年1月至2013年6月在我院门诊及住院确诊为中重度OSAHS的90例患者，随机选取45例患者进行CPAP治疗作为治疗组，45例患者未进行干预作为对照组，分别于治疗前、治疗1个月、3个月、1年检测脑血流动力学积分。结果：OSAHS患者脑血流动力学积分低于75分，治疗组脑血流动力学积分较治疗前显著升高（ P＜0．05），治疗时间越长脑血流动力学积分越高（ P＜0．05），对照组脑血流动力学积分无明显变化。结论：OSAHS患者存在脑血流动力学异常，CPAP对其有明显防治作用。
목적：탐토조새성수면호흡잠정저통기종합정（OSAHS ）환자지속기도정압통기（CPAP ）치료대기뇌혈류동역학적영향。방법：2013년1월지2013년6월재아원문진급주원학진위중중도OSAHS적90례환자，수궤선취45례환자진행CPAP치료작위치료조，45례환자미진행간예작위대조조，분별우치료전、치료1개월、3개월、1년검측뇌혈류동역학적분。결과：OSAHS환자뇌혈류동역학적분저우75분，치료조뇌혈류동역학적분교치료전현저승고（ P＜0．05），치료시간월장뇌혈류동역학적분월고（ P＜0．05），대조조뇌혈류동역학적분무명현변화。결론：OSAHS환자존재뇌혈류동역학이상，CPAP대기유명현방치작용。
Objective] To investigate the treatment effect of cerebral hemodynamics integral with continuous positive airway pressure ventilation (CPAP) for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (0SAHS) patients .[Method] 90 cases of outpa-tients and inpatients diagnosed with moderate to severe OSAHS patients from January to June 2013 in our hospital were enrolled . 45 cases were selected randomly to CPAP therapy as the treatment group and 45 patients did not intervene as the control group . Cerebral blood flow dynamics integral was detect before treatment ,1 month ,3 months ,1 years after treatment ,respectively . [Result] Score of cerebral hemodynamics in patients with OSAHS was below 75 .After treatment ,cerebral blood flow dynam-ics integral of treatment group significantly increased ( P<0.05 ) .The longer the time of treatment ,the higher the integral ( P<0.05) .There was no change in control group .[Conclusion] Patients with OSAHS have abnormal cerebral hemodynamics and CPAP has obvious control effect .
