为建立一种快速、准确的测定底泥中的氰化物方法,采用顶空-气相色谱法对底泥中的氰化物进行测定。结果表明:将底泥经纯水超声、萃取、离心后取上层清液置于50 mL 顶空瓶中,加入衍生化试剂、置于45℃恒温水浴中,反应、平衡25 min,抽取顶空气体100μL 注入气相色谱仪配电子捕获检测器进行测定的标准加入回收率为97.36%,方法精密度为3.43%,方法检出限为0.3ug/kg,该方法简单、快速、对人体伤害小。

To establish a rapid,accurate method for the determination of cyanide in the sediment, cyanide was determined in sediment by headspace gas chromatography. Results: The sediment was ultrasounded by pure water,extracted and centrifuged.Taking the supernatant to 50 mL headspace bottle,adding derivatization reagent,constant temperature water bath at 45℃,reaction,equilibrium 25 min.100 μL headspace gas wa injected into the gas chromatograph and measured by the electron capture detector.The rate of recovery is 97.36%,precision is 3.43%,detection limit of the method is 0.3 ug/kg, this method is simple and rapid with less damage to human body.
