目的：探讨颅面骨骨纤维异常增殖症影像学的表现特点，对其CT和MRI表现特点进行分析，探讨CT、MRI的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2004年3月至2013年3月我院经手术病理证实的该病病例31例，分析其影像学特点。结果31例中，单骨型17例，多骨型14例。CT表现为囊状膨胀样、磨砂玻璃样及硬化型改变，其特征性CT表现为磨砂玻璃状改变；因其病理成分为纤维及纤维样组织，组织成分不同，MRI表现亦不同，如果病灶伴有出血、囊变等，相应信号则随之发生变化。结论该病影像学表现多样化。CT能够对病变进行定性诊断，MRI则能够做出病理学层次的判断，二者对该病的诊断均具有重要价值。

Objective?To explore the imaging features of ifbrous dysplasia of craniofacial by CT and MRI in order to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.?Method?Clinical data of 31 cases with ifbrous dysplasia of craniofacial bone conifrmed surgically and pathologically from March 2004 to March 2013?were?retrospectively?analyzed.?Results?Of?31?cases,?17?cases?were?monostotic?type,?and?the?others?were?polyostotic?type.?Main?features?by?CT?included?manifested cystic dilatancy, groundglass and sclerosis. The main pathological componente of the lesion were ifber and ifber-like tissue. Features by MRI were?different,?and?the?signal?intensity?was?changed?with?the?lesion?accompanied?by?hemorrhage,?necrosis?or?cystic?degeneration.?Conclusion?The?imaging?ifnding of craniofacial ifbrous dysplasia of bone is diversiifcation. CT can be used for qualitative diagnosis, whereas MRI can provide the pathological basis. CT?and?MRI?both?have?important?value?to?diagnose?the?disease.
