为科学评价哈尔滨太阳岛自然植被种源柳穿鱼在不同浓度 Na2 CO3处理下的适应能力,以柳穿鱼实生幼苗采用5种浓度 Na2 CO3(5 mmol/L,10 mmol/L,20 mmol/L,40 mmol/L,80 mmol/L)处理4周,测定其相对电导率、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、相对含水量、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)6项生理指标。结果表明:柳穿鱼的相对电导率、脯氨酸与处理时间、浓度呈正相关;相对含水量与处理时间、浓度呈负正相关;可溶性蛋白含量随胁迫浓度增大而增大;5~10 mmol/L 处理组 SOD 活性逐渐上升,20~80 mmol/L 处理组 SOD 活性先升高后降低;无丙二醛含量检出。柳穿鱼幼苗在5 mmol/L Na2 CO3胁迫下无影响,能够通过自身调节适应10~20 mmol/L Na2 CO3胁迫,在40~80 mmol/L Na2 CO3胁迫下则枝叶干枯。

The relative electrical conductivity,proline,soluble protein,relative moisture,MDA and SOD physiological indexes of L.vulgaris seedlings treated with different Na2 CO3 ; concentrations (5 mmol/L,10 mmol/L,20 mmol/L,40 mmol/L and 80 mmol/L)for 4 weeks were determined to scientifically evaluate the adaptability of Linaria vulgaris grown in Sun Island of Harbin under different Na2 CO3 ;stress.The relative electrical conductivity and proline are positively related to treatment time and Na2 CO3 concentration, and relative moisture is negatively related to treatment time and Na2 CO3 concentration.The soluble protein content of L.vulgaris seedlings increases with increase of Na2 CO3;concentration.The SOD activity of 5 mmol/L and 10 mmol/L Na2 CO3 ;treatments rises gradually but SOD activity of 20 mmol/L,40 mmol/Land 80 mmol/L Na2 CO3 ;concentration treatments presents a first rise and then decline trend.MDA content of all treatments is not detected.5 mmol/L Na2 CO3;stress has no effect on growth of L.vulgaris seedlings.Linaria vulgaris seedlings can grow under 10~20 mmol/L Na2 CO3 stress by autogenous regulation mechanism but L.vulgaris seedlings can not grow under 40 ~80 mmol/L Na2 CO3 stress.
