文章运用等速肌力测试的方法,对散打、拳击、跆拳道三项目32名男子散打运动员进行比较研究,发现散打运动员左肘伸肌绝对力量和速度力量明显大于拳击和跆拳道项目运动员;左肘屈肌绝对力量和速度力量又明显小于拳击项目运动员;右肘屈肌绝对力量拳击项目运动员明显大于散打项目运动员;右肘伸肌绝对力量有大于散打项目运动员的趋势;散打运动员右肘伸肌速度力量明显大于拳击和跆拳道项目运动员;右肘屈肌速度力量又明显小于其它两项目,但收缩速度优于其它两项目运动员;左膝屈肌速度力量跆拳道项目明显优于散打项目运动员。

This study applies the method of the isokinetic muscle testing to do the comparative study of Sanda, boxing, tae kwon do three sports by testing 32 men athletes, finds that Sanda athletes left elbow extensor muscle strength and speed are significantly greater than absolute boxing and tae kwon do sport athletes; and Sanda player's left elbow flexor absolute strength and speed strength are obviously less than boxing athletes; the right elbow flexor absolute power of boxing players is bigger than that of sanda athletes;the right elbow extensor absolute power of boxing players is greater than the trend of Sanda athletes;Sanda athletes right elbow extensor speed strength is bigger than that of boxing and tae kwon do athletes; the right elbow flexor muscle strength is significantly smaller than that of boxing and taekwondo athletes, but the contraction speed of Sanda is better than the other two players; the left knee flexors speed strength of taekwondo athletes is better than that of Sanda players.
