目的：探讨小梁切除联合生物羊膜移植术对原发性慢性闭角型青光眼患者的临床治疗效果。方法将2009年7月到2013年7月于我院接受治疗的60例（72只眼）原发性慢性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组35例（42只眼）与对照组25例（30只眼），观察组患者采用小梁切除联合生物羊膜移植术，对照组患者采用小梁切除术，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果完全成功：观察组34只眼（80．95％），对照组16只眼（53．33％）（ P ＝0．012），术后视力提高患眼数：观察组26只眼（61．90％），对照组11只眼（36．67）（ P ＝0．035），术后需加用抗青光眼药物的患眼：观察组1只眼（2．38％），对照组6只眼（20．00％）（ P ＝0．018），术后出现并发症的患眼：观察组2只眼（4．76％），对照组7只眼（23．33％）（ P ＝0．029），术后眼压：观察组（16．7±1．5）mm-Hg，对照组（18．9±2．5）mmHg（ P ＝0．036）。结论小梁切除联合生物羊膜移植术能提高原发性慢性闭角型青光眼的手术成功率，减少术后并发症。

목적：탐토소량절제연합생물양막이식술대원발성만성폐각형청광안환자적림상치료효과。방법장2009년7월도2013년7월우아원접수치료적60례（72지안）원발성만성폐각형청광안환자작위연구대상，수궤장기분위관찰조35례（42지안）여대조조25례（30지안），관찰조환자채용소량절제연합생물양막이식술，대조조환자채용소량절제술，대비량조환자적림상치료효과。결과완전성공：관찰조34지안（80．95％），대조조16지안（53．33％）（ P ＝0．012），술후시력제고환안수：관찰조26지안（61．90％），대조조11지안（36．67）（ P ＝0．035），술후수가용항청광안약물적환안：관찰조1지안（2．38％），대조조6지안（20．00％）（ P ＝0．018），술후출현병발증적환안：관찰조2지안（4．76％），대조조7지안（23．33％）（ P ＝0．029），술후안압：관찰조（16．7±1．5）mm-Hg，대조조（18．9±2．5）mmHg（ P ＝0．036）。결론소량절제연합생물양막이식술능제고원발성만성폐각형청광안적수술성공솔，감소술후병발증。
Objective To analysis the clinical effect of trabeculectomy combined with biological amniotic mem-brane transplantation on primary chronic angle closure glaucoma.Methods This study included 60 patients (72 eyes) treated in our hospital from 2009 July to 2013 July.Patients were randomly divided into observation group (35 patients, 42 eyes) and control group (25 patients, 30 eyes) .Observation group received trabeculectomy combined with biological amni-otic membrane transplantation, and control group received trabeculectomy alone.Results The successful rate was signifi-cantly higher in observation group (34 eyes, 80.95%) compared to that in control group (16 eyes, 53.33%, P =0. 012).Visual acuity improved in more patients in observation group (26 eyes, 61.90%) than in control group ( P =0. 035) .The need of anti-glaucoma medication was much less in observation group (1 eye, 2.38%) than in control group (6 eyes, 20.00%, P =0.018).Observation group also reported less complications (2 eyes vs.7 eyes, P =0.029) and bet-ter intraocular pressure (16.7 ±1.5 mm Hg vs.18.9 ±2.5 mm Hg, P =0.036) than control group.Conclusion Trabe-culectomy combined with biological amniotic membrane transplantation will improve the successful rate of treating primary chronic angle closure glaucoma.It results in better visual acuity and intraocular pressure outcomes with less complications.
