中华武术是中华民族的宝贵遗产，是中国古代的先人们长期积累的智慧和经验的结晶。武术套路作为我国的传统体育项目之一，经历了几千年的发展，到今天形成了自己独有的风格和特点。而这种中华民族的国粹要得以继承发展，在中小学校中开展武术套路教学就显得至关重要，大力开展武术套路教学，不仅是出于对教学对象自身的考虑，也是延续我国传统文化的需要。文章通过对杨浦5所中小学20名体育教师200名学生进行问卷调查，并访谈学校领导和武术套路教育方面专家，从而揭示上海市杨浦区中小学校武术套路教学的现状并提出相关对策。

Chinese Wushu is both the precious heritage in Chinese nation and the accumulated wisdom and fruit of experience from ancient Chinese people. Wushu, as one of the traditional sports in China, it has experienced several thousand years development. At present, it formed its own unique style and features. In addition, as the quintessence of Chinese culture, it has to inherit and develop. It is important to develop Wushu teaching in primary and secondary schools. It is critical that developing Wushu teaching not only in consideration of the teaching object itself, but also meeting the need of continuing our traditional culture. Through a questionnaire survey for 20 physical education teachers and 200 students in 5 primary and secondary schools in Yangpu district, and expert interviews, this article reveals the status quo of Wushu teaching in primary and secondary schools in Yangpu district and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
