在当今社会转型的背景下，我国人际交往的主体日趋多元，人际交往的媒介更加多样，人际交往的范围日益宽广，人际交往的文明程度更高。在此基础上我国总体上形成了和谐关系、契约关系、网缘关系等新型人际关系。具体领域劳资之间形成了互利关系，干群之间形成了服务关系，阶层之间形成了共富关系。这些新型人际关系的产生对于促进市场经济发展，推动民主政治建设、引领文化繁荣和构建和谐社会具有非常重要的现实意义。

Under the background of social transition in China, the subject and media of interpersonal communication is diversifying, with broader ranges and higher level of civilization. On this basis, new type of interpersonal relationship of harmonious, contractual and network relationship has formed. Specifically, mutual benefit relationship is forming between labours, service relationship between cadres and the masses, and common prosperity relationship between classes. These new types of interpersonal relationship have far-reaching practical significance in promoting the development of a market economy and democratic politics, leading cultural prosperity and building a harmonious society.
