为防范和规避有机氯农药(OCPs)对人体健康的影响,采用气相色谱法和 Ingerso ll 生态风险评价方法,对万峰湖表层沉积物 OCPs 的分布特征、组分、来源及生态风险等进行分析和评价。结果表明:万峰湖表层沉积物 OCPs 总含量为2.47~7.93 ng/g,平均值为5.79 ng/g,不同采样点的含量无明显差异。沉积物 OCPs 主要以β-HCH 的形式存在,HCHs 主要来源于林丹的使用,DDT 主要以 DDE 形式存在,DDTs主要来源于历史残留,万峰湖表层沉积物为好氧环境。万峰湖表层沉积物 OCPs 的生态风险总体评价为较低级别。

To prevent and evade the influence of OCPs on human body health,the distribution features,component,source and ecological risk of OCPs in surface sediments from Wanfeng Lake were analyzed and evaluated by gas chromatographic method and Ingerso ll ecological risk assessment.Results:the concentration range of total OCPs in sediments of Wanfeng Lake was 2.47~7.93 ng/g,the average content was 5.79 ng/g.There was no significant differences in the content of different samplings of OCPs. HCHs in sediments mainly existed in the form ofβ-HCH and the pollutants of HCHs came from the application of Lindane.DDTs in sediments mainly existed in the form of DDE and DDTs mainly from aged environmental residue.The surface sediments of Wanfeng Lake,therefore,were in aerobic environment. Meanwhile,the overall ecological risk of the OCPs in surface sediments from Lake Wanfeng was low.
