目的：探讨喉癌围手术期的护理方法及效果。方法选择2013年3月～2014年3月在我院接受手术治疗的喉癌患者60例，将患者根据护理方法分为两组，每组30例，对照组进行常规护理，观察组采用针对性护理。比较两组的护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组，且并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对喉癌患者在围手术期进行针对性的护理，可以提高患者的治疗依从性及疗效，提高护理满意度，降低并发症发生率。
목적：탐토후암위수술기적호리방법급효과。방법선택2013년3월～2014년3월재아원접수수술치료적후암환자60례，장환자근거호리방법분위량조，매조30례，대조조진행상규호리，관찰조채용침대성호리。비교량조적호리만의도급병발증발생솔。결과관찰조호리만의도고우대조조，차병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대후암환자재위수술기진행침대성적호리，가이제고환자적치료의종성급료효，제고호리만의도，강저병발증발생솔。
Objective To probe into nursing methods and effects for laryngocarcinoma in the perioperative period.Methods 60 laryngo carcinoma patients in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were chosen and they were divided into two groups according to nursing methods, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in control group were conducted routine nursing while patients in observation group were conducted pertinence nursing. Then, nursing satisfaction degree and occurrence rate of complications were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was higher than that in control group and the occurrence rate was evidently lower than that in control group. The differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The pertinence nursing for laryngocarcinoma in the perioperative period can improve patients’ treatment compliance, improve nursing satisfaction degree and decrease the occurrence of complications.
