目的:研究纳米NiCrBSi-TiB2涂层在800℃下的Na2 SO4-30%(质量分数) K2 SO4熔盐中的热腐蚀行为。方法采用超音速火焰技术在中碳钢表面喷涂纳米 NiCrBSi-TiB2涂层,以饱和 Na2 SO4-30%K2 SO4溶液为腐蚀介质,研究该涂层在800℃时的热腐蚀行为。结果微米涂层晶粒粗大,Si的扩散系数低,易出现贫Si富Cr层,形成的Cr2 O3膜在碱性熔盐中具有较低的溶解度,对涂层具有良好的保护作用。结论微米涂层在Na2 SO4-30%K2 SO4熔盐中具有更优的抗热腐蚀性能。

목적:연구납미NiCrBSi-TiB2도층재800℃하적Na2 SO4-30%(질량분수) K2 SO4용염중적열부식행위。방법채용초음속화염기술재중탄강표면분도납미 NiCrBSi-TiB2도층,이포화 Na2 SO4-30%K2 SO4용액위부식개질,연구해도층재800℃시적열부식행위。결과미미도층정립조대,Si적확산계수저,역출현빈Si부Cr층,형성적Cr2 O3막재감성용염중구유교저적용해도,대도층구유량호적보호작용。결론미미도층재Na2 SO4-30%K2 SO4용염중구유경우적항열부식성능。
ABSTRACT:Objective To study the hot corrosion behavior of the NiCrBSi-TiB2 coating in molten Na2 SO4-30% K2 SO4 salt at 800 ℃. Methods The nanostructured NiCrBSi-TiB2 coating was sprayed on the surface of carbon steel by high velocity oxy-fuel ( HVOF) , and its hot corrosion behavior at 800 ℃ was investigated using saturated Na2 SO4-30% K2 SO4 solution as the corrosion medium. Results The micron coating had coarse grains, and the diffusion coefficient of Si was low, which easily led to the forma-
<br> tion of Si-depleted Cr-rich layer, and the Cr2 O3 film formed had relatively low solubility in basic molten salt, which could well pro-tect the coating. Conclusion The micron coating had higher resistance against hot corrosion in molten Na2 SO4-30%K2 SO4 salt.
