目的：通过使用CBCT技术对双侧下颌第一磨牙的牙根数目及根管形态进行观察对比，获取其牙根及根管形态变异的对称特点，若对称性高，可参照一侧的牙根及根管特点，进行对侧的治疗，特别是根管再治疗及牙齿拔除等提供参考依据。方法选取2013年12月至2014年7月在潍坊市人民医院行CBCT扫描的患者中143例，要求双侧下颌第一磨牙均在，且发育完全，外观形态完整，未经治疗， CBCT图像经过NNT version 3.0软件三维影像重建，医师通过对比双侧下颌第一磨牙同一层面的横断面图像，得出其牙根数目及根管形态的对称特点。结果本次选取对象中牙根数目对称率为100%，根管形态对称率为96.5%。结论下颌第一磨牙的双侧牙根数目及根管形态对称率很高，因此，在无法准确掌握一侧牙根数目及根管形态的情况下，可以利用一侧的牙根数目及根管形态来较为准确的判断对侧，为临床中根管治疗，特别是再治疗及拔除残根提供参考依据，提高治疗效率，缩短治疗时间。

Objective By CBCT, it can be obstained the symmetry characteristics of the bilateral mandibular ifrst molar based on the comparison between its root number and root canal morphology, which provides reference for dentists to diagnos and treat mandibular ifrst molar.Methods The Research chooses 143 patients who had CBCT detection in Weifang People's Hospital from December 2013 to July 2014. Allpatients have the untreated bilateral mandibular ifrst molar whichis in good shape and full-grown. CBCT image is reconstructed by NNT version 3.0 software. Dentists could get the symmetry characteristics of the its root number and root canal morphology by comparing the transect images in the same level of the bilateral mandibular ifrst molar.Results In research, patients have balanced root number and the symmetry of root canal morphology is 96.5%.Conclusion The root canal morphology of the mandibular ifrst molar, especially Mesial root canal morphology is various. Bilateral root number and root canal morphology balanced greatly in most cases. Dentists can obtain certain prognosis through unilateral root number of the mandibular ifrst molar, which would offer necessary reference for clinical treatment.
