为确定蛋黄样品中的蛋白质对鸭蛋中胆固醇测定结果的影响程度，采用直接试剂盒法和间接试剂盒法对市售鸭蛋中的胆固醇含量进行了测定，并对2种方法的测定结果进行了比较。结果表明，直接法和间接法的测定值具有极显著的相关性，但直接法测定值较间接法测定值高。

In order to evaluate the effect of the protein in egg yolk samples on the determination results of cholesterol in duck egg, direct kit method and indirect kit method were used to determine the cholesterol content of duck egg sold in market and the determination results of the two methods were compared. The results showed that there was significant correlation between the determined value of direct kit method and that of indirect kit method, and the determined value of direct kit method was higher than that of indirect kit method.
