目的：探讨乳腺良性腺瘤的围手术期护理及手术配合对策。方法选取2013年2月～2014年2月来我院治疗的乳腺良性腺瘤患者26例，在手术治疗的过程中进行护理配合，观察治疗效果。结果在对乳腺良性腺瘤患者进行围术期护理，并采用手术配合的对策后，其效果大为增加，术后没有并发症产生，患者恢复情况良好，已渐渐融入正常的生活之中。结论在乳腺良性腺瘤的围手术期需以护理手段配合，实现二者的有机结合，能够将工作系统化，对于提高手术的效果和减少并发症的发生等都有一定的作用。
목적：탐토유선량성선류적위수술기호리급수술배합대책。방법선취2013년2월～2014년2월래아원치료적유선량성선류환자26례，재수술치료적과정중진행호리배합，관찰치료효과。결과재대유선량성선류환자진행위술기호리，병채용수술배합적대책후，기효과대위증가，술후몰유병발증산생，환자회복정황량호，이점점융입정상적생활지중。결론재유선량성선류적위수술기수이호리수단배합，실현이자적유궤결합，능구장공작계통화，대우제고수술적효과화감소병발증적발생등도유일정적작용。
Objective To investigate the mammary gland adenoma of perioperative nursing and surgery with countermeasures.Methods 26 cases of benign breast adenoma patients were treated form February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital, nursing with the observed treatment effect in the course of surgery.Results After breast adenoma patients perioperative care, and the use of surgery with countermeasures, the effect is greatly increased, no postoperative complications, the patient recovered well and has gradually integrated into normal life.Conclusion Benign breast adenoma perioperative care means need to cooperate to achieve the combination of the two, can be systematized, to improve the effectiveness and reduce the incidence of surgical complications and others have a certain role, worthy promote clinical practice.
