文章主要采用问卷调查法，访谈法等研究方法，对灾后天全县农村中小学体育活动现状及灾后精神文化建设影响的调查研究。研究表明，地震后天全县农村中小学体育课、课外活动、学校体育场地器材等受到很大的影响；同时，芦山地震灾后恢复重建又是很好的机遇，要抓住此契机，进一步加强农村中小学体育场地设施恢复重建，为推动和加强学校体育活动、促进地震灾后的心理健康工作，提出相应对策。

This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire, to investigate the present situations of sports activities and the construction of spiritual culture in primary and secondary schools in rural areas throughout the county after 4.20 Lu Shan disaster. The study finds out that:after the disaster, the sport class, after-class sports activities and sports facilities in primary and secondary schools are greatly influenced by the disaster;meanwhile, the restoration and reconstruction of Lu Shan after the disaster is also a good chance, by taking the chance it can be done to enhance rural school sports facilities and space reconstruction. To promote school sports activities, the study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestion for the local rural primary and secondary schools, post disaster reconstruction.
