为海南省储粮水稻霉菌危害防治提供参考,采用稀释涂布平板法、Biolog 鉴定系统结合菌落培养及菌丝形态特征和 Biolog 微平板技术分析等方法,研究了海南省储粮稻谷的含水量、含菌量及其微生物的生理活性差异。结果表明:海南省各市县储粮稻谷含水量均低于13%的谷类粮食安全水分,整体呈东部>中部>西部的特点;东部、中部、西部市县储粮稻谷平均含菌量分别为1.374×105 cfu/g、2.3×104 cfu/g和2.42×103 cfu/g,含菌量与含水量呈正相关;各市县储粮稻谷外部菌相不同,主要为单端孢霉属、镰刀霉属、木霉属、头孢霉属、交链孢霉属和曲霉属、典型市县储粮稻谷微生物利用全部碳源能力为万宁>海口>三亚>儋州,4个市县的微生物生理活性不同。海南省各市县储粮稻谷入仓水分控制较好,但仍然不同程度地受到多种霉菌的污染,应引起重视。
為海南省儲糧水稻黴菌危害防治提供參攷,採用稀釋塗佈平闆法、Biolog 鑒定繫統結閤菌落培養及菌絲形態特徵和 Biolog 微平闆技術分析等方法,研究瞭海南省儲糧稻穀的含水量、含菌量及其微生物的生理活性差異。結果錶明:海南省各市縣儲糧稻穀含水量均低于13%的穀類糧食安全水分,整體呈東部>中部>西部的特點;東部、中部、西部市縣儲糧稻穀平均含菌量分彆為1.374×105 cfu/g、2.3×104 cfu/g和2.42×103 cfu/g,含菌量與含水量呈正相關;各市縣儲糧稻穀外部菌相不同,主要為單耑孢黴屬、鐮刀黴屬、木黴屬、頭孢黴屬、交鏈孢黴屬和麯黴屬、典型市縣儲糧稻穀微生物利用全部碳源能力為萬寧>海口>三亞>儋州,4箇市縣的微生物生理活性不同。海南省各市縣儲糧稻穀入倉水分控製較好,但仍然不同程度地受到多種黴菌的汙染,應引起重視。

The colonies and mycelium morphology of fungi to damage stored rice were cultured and identified by dilution spread plate and Biolog identification system,and difference in moisture,fungus amount and microbial physiological activity of fungi to damage stored rice were analyzed by Biolog micro-plate technology to provide a reference for fungi control of stored rice in Hainan.The moisture content of stored rice in different Cities and Counties of Hainan Province all is lower than 13% (safety moisture content of cereal grain),and moisture content of stored rice in different areas is Eastern > Central >Western.Average fungi amount of stored rice in Eastern,Central and Western is 1.374×10 5 cfu/g,2.3× 104 cfu/g and 2.42 × 103 cfu/g separately and there is a positive correlation between fungus amount and moisture content. Main fungi to damage stored rice are Trichosporon, Fusarium, Trichoderma, Cephalosporium,Alternaria and Aspergillus.The using total carbon source ability of microbes in different cities and counties is Wanning >Haikou>Sanya>Danzhou.There is difference in microbial physiological activity among Wanning,Haikou,Sanya and Danzhou.The moisture content of stored rice in different cities and counties of Hainan Province is controlled very well,but the stored rice still is polluted by various fungi to varying degrees.
