Promoter plays an important role in determining exogenous gene expression at the transcription efficiency,location and import,and expression enhancement of the exogenous gene.The authors reviewed the types,features and functions of promoters which were used in the study of transgenic engineering in plant,and proposed the gene construction of vectors.
