目的：分析128层螺旋CT增强检查及其后处理技术对胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法对2010年11月至2014年9月来我院就诊疑似为胰腺肿瘤患者进行胰腺平扫、动脉期、胰腺实质期、门脉期扫描，测量正常胰腺和肿瘤组织各时相的CT值。并对我院经手术病理证实的20例胰腺癌患者的螺旋CT图像进行回顾性分析，对图像进行后处理。着重观察胰腺周围结构及肿瘤与邻近血管、胆管的关系。结果128层螺旋CT图像可清楚、直观地显示胰腺癌本身及对胰腺和胰周管道结构的侵犯，动静脉、胆管及受侵后改变，并可同时显示管道周围毗邻解剖结构。结论128层螺旋CT增强检查及其后处理技术可以清楚、直观地显示胰腺癌本身及对胰腺和胰周管道结构的侵犯，对胰腺癌的定位诊断具有重要价值，可为临床是否手术切除预先作出评估对图像进行后处理。

Objective Analysis of 128 slice spiral CT enhancement scan and postprocessing techniques in diagnosis value of pancreatic cancer.Methods From November 2010 to September 2014 in our hospital for patients with suspected pancreatic tumors of pancreas plain scan, arterial phase, pancreatic substance phase, portal vein phase scanning, measuring of normal pancreas and tumor tissue each phase of the CT value. And to my courtyard proved by operation and pathology of 20 cases of pancreatic cancer with spiral CT images were analyzed retrospectively, post-processing of images. The relationship between structure and focus on the observation of tumor and adjacent vessels around the pancreas and bile duct.Results 128 slice spiral CT can clearly display thepancreatic cancer itself and the invasion of pancreatic and peripancreatic ductal structures, artery and vein, bile duct and invasion after the change, and can simultaneously display pipeline adjacentanatomic structure.Conclusion 128 slice spiral CT enhancement scan and post-processing techniquecan clearly and visually display the pancreatic cancer itself and the invasion of pancreatic andperipancreatic ductal structures, has the important value orientation for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, for clinical surgical resection in advance to make an evaluation of the image after processing.
