目的：观察前列腺汤加减治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎气滞血瘀证的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年11月至2014年7月诊治的Ⅲ型前列腺炎气滞血瘀证患者180例，随机分为对照组与观察组各90例，给予对照组运用前列通瘀胶囊进行治疗，给予观察者运用前列腺汤加减进行治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗效果优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用前列腺汤加减对Ⅲ型前列腺炎气滞血瘀证进行治疗具有较好效果，值得广泛推广应用。
목적：관찰전렬선탕가감치료Ⅲ형전렬선염기체혈어증적림상효과。방법선택아원2012년11월지2014년7월진치적Ⅲ형전렬선염기체혈어증환자180례，수궤분위대조조여관찰조각90례，급여대조조운용전렬통어효낭진행치료，급여관찰자운용전렬선탕가감진행치료，대비량조환자치료효과。결과관찰조적치료효과우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론채용전렬선탕가감대Ⅲ형전렬선염기체혈어증진행치료구유교호효과，치득엄범추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of prostate Decoction in the treatment of typeⅢ prostatitis syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods 180 patients with typeⅢ prostatitis syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis in our hospital from November 2012 to July 2014. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 90 cases in each group, the control group were treated with Qianlietongyu capsule, the observer group were treated with prostate decoction. The effect of treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The group of treatment is better than the control group in the effect of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Prostate decoction treatment has better effect on typeⅢ prostatitis syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, it is worthy of widely use.
