目的:观察血清心肌酶谱与肌钙蛋白T测定诊断急性心肌梗死的价值。方法观察实验组和健康对照组血清心肌酶谱、肌钙蛋白T指标水平。结果观察组两指标测定值、阳性检出率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死应用血清心肌酶谱与肌钙蛋白T测定准确率较高。

Objective To observe the serum myocardial enzyme spectrum and troponin T determine the value of the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods To observe the experimental group and the healthy control group, levels of troponin T index of serum myocardial enzyme spectrum.ResultsThe observation group of two measurement values, the positive rate was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe spectrum of higher accuracy rate and determination of serum troponin T in acute myocardial infarction myocardial enzyme application.
