对某导弹发射箱复合柔性盖进行了有限元建模和大变形非线性分析。根据盖体防脱落结构采用复合材料层合板模型或准各向同性材料模型将建模方法分为两种,对两种建模方法在计算精度和时间上进行了比较,确定了更优建模方式。此外,对各设计变量对盖体最大变形的影响进行了分析,找出盖体最大变形与各设计变量的关系曲线,得出纤维绳预紧力为影响盖体变形的主要因素的结论,为柔性盖的设计提供技术支持。

As for a compound flexible missile launch tube cover, finite element modeling and large deformation nonlinear analysis are carried out in this paper, in which the drop-proof structure is modeled with composite laminate model or quasi-isotropic model, which divides the modeling method into 2 types. By comparing the computing accuracy and CPU time, the better modeling method is determined. Then, influence of design variables on the maximum deformation of the cover is analyzed, and the relation curve of the maximum deformation of the cover versus the design variables is obtained. Conclusion is made that the fiber preload is the main factor of the cover deformation, which could be a technical support to the flexible cover design.
