运用红外光谱法和主成分分析法建立洋槐蜜的指纹图谱，并与其他9种蜂蜜的红外指纹图谱进行鉴别比较。通过分析10种蜂蜜的红外指纹图谱，并结合主成分分析法，发现10种不同的蜂蜜在主成分一、主成分二、主成分三的二维散点图和三维散点图上的点都较为分散，10种不同的蜂蜜在化学成分上存在一定的差异。通过分析洋槐原蜜和市售洋槐蜜的红外指纹图谱，并结合聚类分析法，发现只有1种洋槐蜜原蜜，能被归为加工的洋槐蜜。该方法可将洋槐蜜原蜜和加工后的洋槐蜜较好地区分开。

The IR fingerprints of Robinia honey are established and then compared with those of nine other kinds of honey using principal component analysis. The analysis indicates that the plots of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd principal constituents of the 10 kinds of honey scatter in the 2D scatter and 3D scatter and the 10 different kinds of honey have some differences in their chemical constituents. The cluster analysis on the IR fingerrints of crude Robinia honey and Robinia honey sold in the market shows that only one crude Robinia honey can be re-categorized as processed honey. The experimental method could be used to distinguish crude Robinia honey from processed Robinia honey.
