为了调查商洛秦王山矿区铜(Cu)元素富集植物,采用原子吸收光谱法检测土壤和植物中Cu元素含量,计算富集系数(BF)及转移系数(TF)并以其为指标,筛选出对Cu元素具有富集作用的植物。结果表明:BF>1的植物有长距堇菜,TF>1的植物有密毛白莲蒿。初步确定长距堇菜为Cu元素富集植物。

Investigation of mine copper (Cu) element enrichment plant in Qinwang mountain in Shangluo City is done with atomic absorption spectrometry to detect the contents of Cu element in soil and plant to calculate the enrichment factor (BF) and transfer factor (TF) which could be the index to screen for Cu element enrichment plant. The results showed that the BF value in Viola dolichoceras was higher than one, plants with dense hairs white lotus artemisia than one. Thus we could elementary make sure that the Viola dolichoceras was Cu-accumulating plant.
