以某无人机大展弦比复合材料机翼为背景,依据计算流体力学(CFD)与计算结构力学(CSD)的弱耦合方法开展副翼操纵效率影响因素研究,其中对带有间隙的流场进行多块处理分割出不同的流场以提高网格质量和实现快速建模。主要研究了不同的副翼偏转角、飞行马赫数和迎角对副翼操纵效率的影响,并分析了不同飞行状态下机翼升力、机翼结构弹性变形与副翼操纵之间的关系。结果表明:副翼操纵效率的改变与机翼结构变形有关,增加机翼的扭转刚度可以减小操纵效率随着飞行状态加剧而下降的幅度。

For a UAV high-aspect-ratio composite wing, influencing factors of the aileron control efficiency were analyzed through the loose coupling method between computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and computational structural dynamics (CSD). In order to improve mesh quality and built fluid model quickly, flow field around aircraft wing with freeplay was divided many blocks. Different aileron deflections, flight Mach numbers and attack angles influencing on aileron control efficiency were mainly studied. Relationship between aileron control efficiency and the lift or elastic deformation of aircraft wing under different flight conditions was analyzed. The results show that aileron control efficiency is related to the deformation of aircraft wing. The declining amplitude of aileron control efficiency can be decreased with flight conditions aggravating by increase the torsional stiffness of aircraft wing.
