目的：通过对比11家县级综合医院在医院等级评审前后的医疗质量变化情况，以了解等级评审工作对提升县级综合医院服务能力的影响，探索医院医疗质量指标体系在等级评审中的应用。方法采用随机抽样法抽取11家县级综合医院，运用描述性分析和综合评价法进行对比评价。结果评审前后医院资源与服务量呈增长趋势，医疗质量综合评价指数得分呈递增态势。结论医院等级评审对县级综合医院医疗质量的提高有较大的促进作用。
목적：통과대비11가현급종합의원재의원등급평심전후적의료질량변화정황，이료해등급평심공작대제승현급종합의원복무능력적영향，탐색의원의료질량지표체계재등급평심중적응용。방법채용수궤추양법추취11가현급종합의원，운용묘술성분석화종합평개법진행대비평개。결과평심전후의원자원여복무량정증장추세，의료질량종합평개지수득분정체증태세。결론의원등급평심대현급종합의원의료질량적제고유교대적촉진작용。
Objective By comparing the medical quality change situation of 11 county general hospitals before and after the hospital grade evaluation, to understand the impact of grade evaluation to enhance the capacity of county general hospitals and explore the application of hospital grade evaluation. Methods Eleven county general hospitals were selected by random sampling method, and compared by descriptive analysis and integrated evaluation. Results The hospitals’ resources and service volume showed an upward trend, and the integrated evaluation index score of medical quality showed an increment state. Conclusion Hospital grade evaluation has the promotion function on the improvement of quality of medical service of county general hospitals.
