目的:探讨富血小板血浆( PRP)体外抑菌作用。方法制备富血小板血浆( PPP)、乏血小板血浆,以LB液体培养基作为阴性对照,观察37℃及22℃条件下,PRP、PPP分别在不同时间段(2h、4h、6h、8h、12h、24h)对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌是否有抑菌作用。结果37℃及22℃条件下,PRP、PPP组对金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌生长的均显示出较好的抑菌效果,并具有时效性。对于金黄色葡萄球菌,最大抑菌作用出现在2~4h;4h后,PPP抑菌效果减弱,而PRP则继续维持较好的抑菌作用直到12h;24h后,两者均无抑菌效果。 PRP和PPP组对表皮葡萄球菌抑菌作用则可持续到24h。血小板浓度高低对抑菌效果的影响差别不大。 PPP和PRP组对铜绿假单胞菌未显示出抑菌效果。结论富血小板血浆具有特定的抑菌谱,且对不同菌属的抑菌作用具有时效性。

목적:탐토부혈소판혈장( PRP)체외억균작용。방법제비부혈소판혈장( PPP)、핍혈소판혈장,이LB액체배양기작위음성대조,관찰37℃급22℃조건하,PRP、PPP분별재불동시간단(2h、4h、6h、8h、12h、24h)대금황색포도구균、표피포도구균、동록가단포균시부유억균작용。결과37℃급22℃조건하,PRP、PPP조대금황색포도구균화표피포도구균생장적균현시출교호적억균효과,병구유시효성。대우금황색포도구균,최대억균작용출현재2~4h;4h후,PPP억균효과감약,이PRP칙계속유지교호적억균작용직도12h;24h후,량자균무억균효과。 PRP화PPP조대표피포도구균억균작용칙가지속도24h。혈소판농도고저대억균효과적영향차별불대。 PPP화PRP조대동록가단포균미현시출억균효과。결론부혈소판혈장구유특정적억균보,차대불동균속적억균작용구유시효성。
Objective To study the antibacterial effects of platelet rich plasma in vitro. Methods Prepare platelet-rich plasma( PRP) , platelet-poor plasma( PPP) , Use the liquid LB medium as negative control,observe the antibacterial effect of PRP and PPP under the condition of 37 ℃ and 22 ℃ respectively at different times (2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 12h, 24h)against Staphylococ-cus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Results Under the condition of 37 ℃ and 22 ℃,both PRP and PPP showed good antibacterial effects on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis, which was time-bound. For Staphylococcus aureus, the maximum bacteriostatic effect appeared during 2 ~ 4h;the bacteriostatic effect of PPP decreased after 4h, while PRP maintained the good bacteriostatic effect which could sustainable to 12h;neither PRP or PPP had antibacterial effect 24h later. The bacteriostatic effect of PRP and PPP against Staphylococcus epidermidis could sustainable to 24h. There was no significant relationship between the concentration of platelet and antimicrobial effect. Either PPP or PRP showed no antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion Platelet rich plasma has specific antibacterial spectrum, and the bacteriostatic effect of different bacterial species is time-bound.
