针对高校学生党员质量考核的必要性，构建了高校学生党员质量评价指标体系，采用决策分析法设计指标权重，运用模糊综合评价法构建高校学生党员质量评价模型。并通过实例研究对该模型进行检验，为以后进一步深入研究提供依据。
