目的：观察尿毒症患者维持性血液透析的护理干预效果。方法100例行维持性血液透析的尿毒症患者随机分为试验组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，试验组实施针对性护理。对比低血压发生率和患者生活质量。结果试验组低血压发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者护理前营养状况、社会功能、心理功能和躯体功能四项生活质量不存在显著差异，护理后试验组生活质量明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对性护理应用于维持性血液透析患者的护理中，有利于减少低血压事件发生率，对于改善患者生活质量，降低透析风险具有积极意义。
목적：관찰뇨독증환자유지성혈액투석적호리간예효과。방법100례행유지성혈액투석적뇨독증환자수궤분위시험조화대조조，대조조급여상규호리，시험조실시침대성호리。대비저혈압발생솔화환자생활질량。결과시험조저혈압발생솔현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。량조환자호리전영양상황、사회공능、심리공능화구체공능사항생활질량불존재현저차이，호리후시험조생활질량명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론침대성호리응용우유지성혈액투석환자적호리중，유리우감소저혈압사건발생솔，대우개선환자생활질량，강저투석풍험구유적겁의의。
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 100 routine maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group given routine nursing care, experimental group implement targeted nursing. Compared the incidence of hypotension and patient quality of life.Results The experimental group the incidence of low blood pressure was significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Two groups of patients before treatment nutritional status, social function, psychological function and physical function of four quality of life, there is no signiifcant difference of nursing after the patients quality of life was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing was applied to the care of patients with maintenance hemodialysis, is beneifcial to reduce the incidence of low blood pressure events, to improve the patients quality of life, reduce the risk of dialysis has a positive meaning, worth clinical promotion.
