目的:探讨目标管理式临床带教在传染科护理实习生中的应用效果。方法将在我院传染科实习的98名护理实习生平均分成研究组和对照组。采用传统带教方法对对照组实习生实施带教,采用目标管理式带教方法对研究组实习生实施带教。带教结束后比较两组实习生的理论成绩、实际操作成绩和对带教老师带教工作的满意度。结果带教结束进行考核后,研究组实习生的理论成绩和实际操作成绩均明显高于对照组实习生,研究组护理实习生对带教老师临床带教工作的满意度为85.7%,明显高于对照组实习生的61.2%(P<0.05)。结论采用目标管理式带教模式对传染科护理实习生实施临床带教,可有效提高护理实习生的综合素质和带教教师的教学水平。

ObjectiveTo study the clinical teaching target management application in the infectious department nursing internship effect.Methods 98 cases of infectious department in our hospital internship nursing interns divided into research group and the control group on average. Teaching after the comparison of two groups of interns theory achievement, the actual operation result and the teaching teacher teaching job satisfaction.Results After the end of the teaching evaluation, the team intern theory result and the actual operation result of intern score were significantly higher than control group, the team of nursing interns clinical teaching of teaching teachers job satisfaction was 85.7%, 61.2% of the interns are signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of teaching mode of management by objectives to implement clinical infectious department nursing intern teaching, which can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of nursing and teaching teachers' teaching level.
