教育机会均等一直是学者们研究和国家教育改革的热点问题之一,而社区教育与移动学习的结合必然会对教育机会均等的实现产生积极影响。该研究在查阅大量文献的基础上,利用最新的数据与相关理论,对中国社区教育与移动学习现状进行了分析,并得出社区教育与移动学习的结合能缩小社区间的数字鸿沟与社区内阶层的差异。因此,政府在加快数字化学习社区建设的进程中,需制定相应政策法规指导社区移动学习的建设;而社区也应该发挥自身优势,加强与企业、学校以及社会组织的合作,建设支持社区移动学习的软硬件和营造社区移动学习的良好环境。通过政府宏观管理与社区教育自身的协调发展,共同推进社区移动学习的建设,从而促进中国教育机会均等的实现。

The equality of educational opportunity has been one of the hot issues in National Education Reform and researchs. Community education combined with mobile learning will make positive effect on the equality of educational opportunity. The paper, based on a large number of literatures, analyzes the status of community education in China and mobile learning by analyzing the latest data and relevant theories, and believe that community mobile learning is a new way to realize the equality of the educational opportunity in two aspects, which are narrowing the digital information gaps among communities, and reducing the differences between community classes. So, in the digital learning community process, Government should develop appropriate policies and regulations to guide the construction of mobile learning community. And communities also play their own advantages, cooperation with businesses, schools and community organizations to create a good environment. The government’s macroeconomic management and coordination of the development of their own community education will promote community mobile learning in order to achieve the goal of equal educational opportunities for China.
