目的：评价普通双层螺旋CT对肺部单发结节的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析30例肺部单发结节患者的常规螺旋CT扫描（SCT），双层高分辨率CT（HRCT）及三期增强扫描所见进行对比分析。结果常规SCT、HRCT对病变定位、定量诊断差异无统计学意义，而HRCT和三期扫描对良性结节、恶性结节、炎性结节的诊断率分别为93%、92%、100%，后两者与常规SCT比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论胸部普通双层SCT，结合结节局部HRCT及三期扫描，对结节定性诊断和鉴别诊断都有重要价值。
목적：평개보통쌍층라선CT대폐부단발결절적진단개치。방법회고성분석30례폐부단발결절환자적상규라선CT소묘（SCT），쌍층고분변솔CT（HRCT）급삼기증강소묘소견진행대비분석。결과상규SCT、HRCT대병변정위、정량진단차이무통계학의의，이HRCT화삼기소묘대량성결절、악성결절、염성결절적진단솔분별위93%、92%、100%，후량자여상규SCT비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론흉부보통쌍층SCT，결합결절국부HRCT급삼기소묘，대결절정성진단화감별진단도유중요개치。
Objective To evaluate ordinary double slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of single pulmonary nod-ules. Methods Thirty patients with single lung nodules examined with conventional spiral CT (SCT), combined with high resolution CT (HRCT) and three phases enhanced scanning were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were no differences statistical significance between routine SCT and HRCT in detecting lesion location, quantitative diagno-sis . The diagnostic rate of benign nodules, malignant nodules and inflammatory nodules by HRCT and three phase scanning was 93%, 92% and 100%, respectively.There was significant statistical significance (P<0.05) as compared with the diagnostic rate of conventional SCT. Conclusion Combined with chest ordinary double SCT, local HRCT, and three periods of scanning, combined with nodules in the qualitative diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pul-monary single nodules have important value.
