目的：针对糖尿病患者采用整体护理干预治疗的依从性影响分析。方法选取我院于2013年2月～2014年8月期间收治的120例糖尿病患者，随机分成两组，即实验组和对照组，每组各60例，对照组采取常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上采取整体护理干预，比较两组糖尿病患者在护理治疗一段时间后的治疗依从性。结果实验组在按时治疗、忌甜食、饮食合理、适量运动以及血糖监测几方面的依从性高于对照组糖尿病患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用整体护理干预对提高糖尿病患者的依从性有较好的效果，同时还提高了患者对护理的满意程度。
목적：침대당뇨병환자채용정체호리간예치료적의종성영향분석。방법선취아원우2013년2월～2014년8월기간수치적120례당뇨병환자，수궤분성량조，즉실험조화대조조，매조각60례，대조조채취상규호리，실험조재상규호리적기출상채취정체호리간예，비교량조당뇨병환자재호리치료일단시간후적치료의종성。결과실험조재안시치료、기첨식、음식합리、괄량운동이급혈당감측궤방면적의종성고우대조조당뇨병환자，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론채용정체호리간예대제고당뇨병환자적의종성유교호적효과，동시환제고료환자대호리적만의정도。
Objective Analysis for influencing compliance of patients with diabetes nursing intervention therapy.Methods 120 patients with diabetes were selected in our hospital in 2013 February to 2014 during August, were randomly divided into two groups,the experiment group and the control group.There is 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group adopted the holistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, compared two groups of patients with diabetes treatment compliance after a period of time in nursing.ResultsThe experimental group in the compliance of treatment on time, avoid sweets, a reasonable diet, regular exercise and blood glucose monitoring aspects of the higher than that of the control group of patients, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention has good effect on improving the compliance of patients with diabetes, but also improve the patient satisfaction with nursing.
