以实际项目为背景,根据移动式隧道窑生产过程的要求,设计出一套远程温度检测系统。该系统利用Modbus通讯协议,使现场的触摸屏与智能测量模块互联;同时,在现场控制室和远程办公室之间,采用了无线WiFi通信方式来获取现场的温度数据,整个生产和管理实现了一体化,有效地提高了自动化水平。

Tunnel kiln temperature detection is an essential part of the brick and tile production process. In this paper, a remote temperature detection system is designed to meet the requirements of mobile tunnel kiln production process. The touch screen and the smart metering module are interconnected with a Modbus communication protocol of the system. Meanwhile, temperature data at the scene is gotten by using a wireless WiFi communication method between the site control room and remote office. The integration of production and management effectively improves the level of automation.
