蛋白酶体系统是20世纪70年代末期发现的一种细胞内蛋白降解系统，介导了80％～85％真核生物蛋白质的降解，是一种高效、高选择、依赖ATP的蛋白质分解系统，为机体调节细胞内蛋白水平和功能的一个重要机制。其组成包括泛素及其启动酶系统与蛋白酶体，该系统调节多种生物学功能，如：调控细胞周期、调节基因转录、促进细胞凋亡、提高抗原提呈等。具有半胱氨酸蛋白酶样、胰蛋白酶样和糜蛋白酶样活性。其调节异常与多种疾病的发生相关联，本文就蛋白酶体系统与眼部相关疾病的发生进行综述。

Proteasome system was an intracellular protein degradation system, discovered in twentieth century 70 s.It is a kind of high efficiency, high selectivity ATP dependent protein degradation system and degrades 80%~85%eu-karyotic proteins.Proteasome system is an important mechanism that modulates cellular proteins’ activity and function. Components in charge of this process include ubiquitin, its startup enzymes, and proteasome system.It regulates multiple biological functions, for example, cell cycle progression, transcriptional regulation, cell apoptosis, and antigen presenta-tion.Proteasome system works with cysteine protease, trypsin and chymotrypsin.Abnormal regulating of the proteasome system has been shown to contribute to the occurrence of several human diseases.The present review summarizes the pro-teasome related human ophthalmopathy.
