目的：探讨负压吸引引流技术( VSD)治疗慢性骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年7月至2013年11月收治的75例慢性骨髓炎患者，随机分为观察组( VSD 组)39例和对照组(传统手术组)36例，观察组采用持续负压封闭引流，结合全身抗生素应用及早期康复训练治疗；对照组经骨窗安放抗生素骨水泥链珠。比较两组患者住院天数、平均每次手术时间、换药次数、手术次数、创面愈合时间、复发率等指标。结果比较两组患者伤口愈合时间、住院天数、换药次数、手术次数，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论 VSD 治疗慢性骨髓炎效果理想，可以促进伤口愈合、减少手术次数、缩短康复时间，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토부압흡인인류기술( VSD)치료만성골수염적림상료효。방법선취아원2011년7월지2013년11월수치적75례만성골수염환자，수궤분위관찰조( VSD 조)39례화대조조(전통수술조)36례，관찰조채용지속부압봉폐인류，결합전신항생소응용급조기강복훈련치료；대조조경골창안방항생소골수니련주。비교량조환자주원천수、평균매차수술시간、환약차수、수술차수、창면유합시간、복발솔등지표。결과비교량조환자상구유합시간、주원천수、환약차수、수술차수，차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)。결론 VSD 치료만성골수염효과이상，가이촉진상구유합、감소수술차수、축단강복시간，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of continuous vaccum sealing drainage ( VSD) for chronic osteomy-eliti. Methods From July 2011 to November 2013,seventy-five patients of chronic osteomyeliti of the author’s hospital were ran-domly divided into two groups of the control group(39 cases) and the treatment group(36 cases). The treament group was treated with VSD,combined with systemic antibiotics and early rehabilitative treatment. The contral group was treated with antibiotic bone cement renju. The evaluation index were compared,such as length of stay,average operation time,dressing change frequency,the number of operations,healing time,recurrence rate,et al. Results The healing time,length of stay,dressing change frequency,the number of operations of the treatment group were significantly less than the control group. The differrence was statistically signifi-cant(P<0. 05). Conclusion In the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis,VSD has advantages of promoting wound growth,reducing the number of operations and the time of rehabilitation,and it can be recommended in clinics.
