穆旦是中国现代派诗歌的代表人物。20世纪40年代战乱的社会现实使得诗人内心充满痛苦，同时自觉吸收西方现代派的诗歌表现技巧并与中国新诗发展成果相结合，形成了自己独特的诗歌形式，其形式创新主要体现在整体结构、陌生化句式和现代化的意象三个方面。他的创新大大丰富了新诗语言的表现力和艺术张力。

Mu Dan was recognized as the representative poet of modernist poetry in the 1940s .As an intellectual with conscience ,the poet suffered so much pain with his quality of suffering in real life de‐structed by the war .He learned performance skills of western modernist poetry and integrated it with the developments of Chinese New Poetry ,thus creating a unique form of poems of his ow n .Based on the theory of linguistics ,this paper reveals the innovations of M u Dan's poems from the perspectives of structure ,defamiliarized sentence patterns and modernized images .Mu Dan's innovations in the form of poems enrich the ability of expression and the tension of art for Chinese New Poetry .
