为提高电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）测定甘草中重金属铅和总砷含量结果的准确性，通过建立不确定度数学模型，分析该方法测量不确定度的主要来源。结果表明，该方法主要包括两类不确定因素：A 类不确定主要是方法的重复性影响所引起，B 类不确定因素主要由样品前处理过程的称量、消解、定容和测定过程的标准溶液的配制、曲线拟合等引起。

In order to improve the accuracy of test results,the measurement uncertainty of the analytical results of heavy metal lead and total arsenic in licorice by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),was analyzed and evaluated via establishing rational mathematical models and analyzing the main sources of uncertainty in this measuring method.Two types of uncertainties was analyzed.The uncertain mainly of A method was caused by repetitive impacts,The uncertainty mainly of Class B caused by weighing sample pretreatment process,digestion,preparation of standard solution of constant volume and determination process,curve fitting and other causes.
