针对PLC课程实验教学中存在的问题,提出用组态软件全真模拟PLC的控制对象,并基于计算机和PLC搭建了一个虚拟控制对象的PLC教学仿真实验系统。给出虚拟仿真实验系统的结构框图,并以3层电梯为虚拟被控对象,设计组态图形界面,建立数据库与动画连接,设置通信参数,仿真运行调试。试验结果表明:系统无需实际物理控制对象便可实现对PLC程序的调试和仿真运行。

In view of the problems that exist in PLC experiment teaching, a new method of using configuration software to simulate the controlled object by computer is proposed. The structure diagram of the system is given out in this paper. With the simulated three–floor elevator as a controlled object,the simulating program flowchart is introduced. The simulation result shows that the approach has a good performance and can overcome the defects of PLC course experiment with the real equipments.
