目的：探讨X线胃精细钡气造影对胃癌的临床诊断价值。方法本文选取我院于2013年8月～2014年8月收治的58例胃癌患者，对其实施X线胃精细钡气造影检测过程，同时结合患者的临床症状表现和病理检测结果进行对比研究和探讨。结果58例胃癌患者，经过实施X线胃精细钡气造影检测过程后，其中有51例患者诊断疑似为胃癌患者，其中40例患者是溃疡型胃癌患者，7例患者是蕈伞型胃癌患者，剩下的4例患者是肿块型胃癌患者。有4例患者被诊断为糜烂性胃炎，有3例患者出现了漏诊，实施X线胃精细钡气造影检测的诊断率为87.93%。结论胃癌患者采用X 线胃精细钡气造影检测方式，能够有效的提高胃癌患者的临床诊断准确率，同时也可以结合临床病理结果及时的开展治疗过程，提高胃癌患者的医治疗效。

목적：탐토X선위정세패기조영대위암적림상진단개치。방법본문선취아원우2013년8월～2014년8월수치적58례위암환자，대기실시X선위정세패기조영검측과정，동시결합환자적림상증상표현화병리검측결과진행대비연구화탐토。결과58례위암환자，경과실시X선위정세패기조영검측과정후，기중유51례환자진단의사위위암환자，기중40례환자시궤양형위암환자，7례환자시심산형위암환자，잉하적4례환자시종괴형위암환자。유4례환자피진단위미란성위염，유3례환자출현료루진，실시X선위정세패기조영검측적진단솔위87.93%。결론위암환자채용X 선위정세패기조영검측방식，능구유효적제고위암환자적림상진단준학솔，동시야가이결합림상병리결과급시적개전치료과정，제고위암환자적의치료효。
Objective To study the X-ray stomach fine barium contrast the clinical diagnostic value of stomach cancer.MethodsThis article selects in August 2013 to August 2014, 58 patients with gastric cancer, the fine imposed X-ray gastric barium gas imaging detection process, and combining with the patient's clinical symptoms and pathological detection result contrast research and discussion.Results58 patients with gastric cancer, after the implementation of fine barium X-ray stomach gas after angiography examination process, including 51 patients were diagnosed suspected as gastric cancer patients, among them 40 patients is ulcer in patients with gastric cancer, 7 cases of patients is mushroom umbrella gastric cancer patients, the remaining four patients is mass in patients with gastric cancer. With 4 patients were diagnosed with erosive gastritis, there are 3 patients appeared in diagnosis, implementation of X-ray stomach ifne barium imaging detection detection rate of 87.93%.ConclusionPatients with gastric cancer using X-ray stomach gas ifne barium imaging detection, can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer patients, at the same time can also be combined with clinical pathology results in a timely manner to carry out the treatment process, improve the healing efifcacy of patients with gastric cancer, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
