目的：总结分析糖尿病合并细菌性肝脓肿临床特点及治疗方案。方法回顾性收集2010年1月～2014年4月住院治疗糖尿病合并细菌性肝脓肿患者23例临床资料进行观察、分析。结果静脉应用胰岛素控制血糖与抗感染，配合介入治疗效果显著。讨论糖尿病合并细菌性肝脓肿临床表现不典型，病情较重，早期诊断具有临床意义；积极控制血糖、感染、配合介入治疗在临床上取得显著疗效。

목적：총결분석당뇨병합병세균성간농종림상특점급치료방안。방법회고성수집2010년1월～2014년4월주원치료당뇨병합병세균성간농종환자23례림상자료진행관찰、분석。결과정맥응용이도소공제혈당여항감염，배합개입치료효과현저。토론당뇨병합병세균성간농종림상표현불전형，병정교중，조기진단구유림상의의；적겁공제혈당、감염、배합개입치료재림상상취득현저료효。
Objective To summarize and analyse the clinical characteristics and the treatment of diabetesmellitus accompanied by pyogenic hepatic abscess.Methods Retrospectively collect the clinical datas of 23 cases of diabetes mellitus accompanied by pyogenic hepatic abscess treated in our hospital in recent January 2010 - April 2014, then objective and analyse.Results Intravenous application of insulin for glycemic control and anti-infectioncooperating with interventional therapy has signiifcant effect. Discussions Clinical characteristics of diabetes mellitus accompanied by pyogenic hepatic abscess are not typical and the condition is rather serious. Early diagnosis has a clinical signiifcance.Conclusion Positive treatments for glycemic control and anti-infection cooperating with interventional therapy has a signiifcant clinical effect.
