为了满足新型运载型号工程高可靠性要求，在闭和回路中起测量及反馈作用的角位移传感器采用串、并联相结合的三冗余设计，用于伺服机构输出轴转角测量，将机械摆角信号转换为电信号输出至控制器，实现电动伺服闭环控制。超小型高可靠三冗余角位移传感器形式为三冗余旋转式电位计，但采用了两环设计，其中一环为单路，另一环为双冗余设计，将电阻环进行重叠，从结构上组成了串并联相结合的方式，在电气上可单独使用也可以并联使用。传感器采用新型电刷结构，提高了产品的环境适应性，具有较大的社会、经济效益和推广价值。
