目的:探讨高频彩超在乳腺癌诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析自2013年1月~2014年5月间收治的100名乳腺癌患者,作为研究对象,采用彩色多普勒超声仪对其进行检测,从而统计确诊率,漏诊率,在检查完之后的放射情况,操作是否方便等。结果100例乳腺癌患者中有84例患者被确诊为乳腺癌,符合率为84%,而经过彩超诊断不符合的患者有16例,不符合率为16%,其中有9例患者被诊断为乳腺纤维瘤,占到总误诊率的9%,7例患者被诊断为乳腺囊肿,占到总误诊率的7%,在检查后经证实在乳腺彩超的检查中患者无任何痛苦和放射性的损伤。同时具有操作简便,无创伤等优点。结论采用彩超诊断乳腺癌,由于其无创伤,经济,敏感度较高等优点在乳腺癌的诊断中起了至关重要的作用,同时也为后续的手术治疗提供了重要的依据。

목적:탐토고빈채초재유선암진단중적응용。방법회고성분석자2013년1월~2014년5월간수치적100명유선암환자,작위연구대상,채용채색다보륵초성의대기진행검측,종이통계학진솔,루진솔,재검사완지후적방사정황,조작시부방편등。결과100례유선암환자중유84례환자피학진위유선암,부합솔위84%,이경과채초진단불부합적환자유16례,불부합솔위16%,기중유9례환자피진단위유선섬유류,점도총오진솔적9%,7례환자피진단위유선낭종,점도총오진솔적7%,재검사후경증실재유선채초적검사중환자무임하통고화방사성적손상。동시구유조작간편,무창상등우점。결론채용채초진단유선암,유우기무창상,경제,민감도교고등우점재유선암적진단중기료지관중요적작용,동시야위후속적수술치료제공료중요적의거。
