地方高校的实践教学普遍存在办学条件基础差、师资力量不足、教学内容陈旧、教学方法与手段落后和教学评价与社会脱节等问题,尤其是有些地方高校以教师为中心的教育思想与理念根深蒂固,未能根据学生的差异性进行施教,已严重制约了实践教学的改革步伐。为了解决这些问题,引入国际工程教育CDIO理念,构建“三层次、三结合、三开放”模式的开放式、立体化的实践教学体系,并在丽水学院计算机科学技术专业上开展改革试点,经实践表明已取得良好的效果。

Local universities are generally confronted with problems like poor basic conditions, insufficient teacher resource,obsolete teaching contents, out-of-date teaching methods,inappropriate assessment not properly geared to social practices and so on. These problems seriously hinder the reform of practical teaching. To tackle the problems,the CDIO idea for engineering education is introduced to construct a novel practical teaching system characterized by its open-ended and multi-dimentional system for practical teaching. The system is proved to be rather successful in its application in curriculum teaching for computer science and technology majors at Lishui University.
