目的:探析16层螺旋CT与DR胸片在诊断肋骨骨折的诊断价值。方法:对医院2013年1月-2014年11月收治的68例肋骨骨折患者分别进行16层螺旋CT与DR胸片检查,分析患者肋骨骨折部位,对比两组检查方法用于诊断肋骨骨折的准确率和漏诊情况。结果:本组68例患者经过16层螺旋CT与DR胸片检查及临床症状证实一共有138处肋骨骨折,16层螺旋CT诊断肋骨骨折确诊率为97.10%,明显高于DR胸片诊断肋骨骨折确诊率78.99%,两种诊断方式确诊率比较P<0.05具有统计学意义;16层螺旋CT诊断肋骨骨折漏诊率为2.90%,明显低于DR胸片诊断肋骨骨折漏诊率的20.01%,两组诊断方式从漏诊率方面分析差异比较P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论:16层螺旋CT诊断肋骨骨折确诊率及漏诊率均优于DR胸片,其临床推广价值极高,值得在临床中大力应用。

Objective: To article 16 layers spiral CT and DR to assess the diagnostic value of X-ray in the diagnosis of rib fracture. Methods: In our hospital in January 2013, 2014 - November 68 patients with rib fractures were treated with 16 layers spiral CT and DR chest X-ray examination, analysis of rib fracture patients, compared two groups of test used to diagnose the accuracy in fractured ribs and missed diagnosis. Results: This group of 68 patients after 16 layers spiral CT and DR chest X-ray examination and clinical symptoms confirmed a total of 138 rib fractures, 16 layers spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture diagnosis rate was 97.10%, significantly higher than the DR X-ray diagnosis of rib fracture diagnosis rate is 78.99%, two diagnosis way confirmed rate P<0.05 statistically significant; 16 layers spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture the missed diagnosis rate was 2.90%, significantly lower than the DR X-ray diagnosis of rib fracture 20.01% of missed diagnosis, the diagnosis method from the aspects of the missed diagnosis analysis similar between the two groups compare P<0.05 statistically significant. Conclusion: 16 layers spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture diagnosis rate and missed diagnosis were superior to DR chest radiograph, its clinical value is extremely high, is worth in clinical application.
