为准确评价全日制专业学位研究生培养方式和满意度之间关系,文章建立了以专业学位认知、教学活动、实践环节和满意度为潜变量的测评量表,应用结构方程模型,定量分析了各指标在潜变量上的因子载荷和各潜变量之间的路径依赖关系,并对合肥工业大学进行了实证研究。结果表明:第一,专业学位认知对教学活动产生直接的显著正向影响,对实践环节和满意度产生间接正向影响;第二,教学活动对实践环节和满意度两个方面都产生直接的显著正向影响;第三,实践环节对满意度产生正向影响,不过这一影响效果并不显著。
為準確評價全日製專業學位研究生培養方式和滿意度之間關繫,文章建立瞭以專業學位認知、教學活動、實踐環節和滿意度為潛變量的測評量錶,應用結構方程模型,定量分析瞭各指標在潛變量上的因子載荷和各潛變量之間的路徑依賴關繫,併對閤肥工業大學進行瞭實證研究。結果錶明:第一,專業學位認知對教學活動產生直接的顯著正嚮影響,對實踐環節和滿意度產生間接正嚮影響;第二,教學活動對實踐環節和滿意度兩箇方麵都產生直接的顯著正嚮影響;第三,實踐環節對滿意度產生正嚮影響,不過這一影響效果併不顯著。

To evaluate the relation between the training methods and satisfaction degree of full‐time professional degree postgraduates ,an evaluation scale is proposed w hich includes the latent variables such as cognition of professional degree ,teaching activities ,practice and satisfaction degree .By using the structural equation model ,the factor loading of each index in the latent variables and the path‐de‐pendent relation among the latent variables are quantitatively analyzed .Finally ,an empirical research on Hefei University of Technology is conducted .The results show that the cognition of professional degree has direct and significant positive impact on the teaching activities ,and has indirect positive im‐pact on the practice and satisfaction degree ;the teaching activities have direct and significant positive impact on the practice and satisfaction degree ;the practice has positive impact on the satisfaction de‐gree ,but the impact is not significant .
