高校学生勤工助学是社会实践活动的重要内容之一。文章阐述了基于实践育人的勤工助学的重要意义，分析了当前高校勤工助学活动中存在的主要问题，认为应着眼于实践育人，通过更新观念、规范管理、丰富形式、挖掘内涵，来构建适应时代发展和学生需求的高校勤工助学模式。

College students'work‐study is an important part of social practice .This paper states the significance of work‐study which is based on practice education ,and analyzes the main problems exist‐ing in current college work‐study activities .With a view to practice education ,and through renewing ideas ,standardizing administration ,enriching forms and exploring connotation ,the college work‐study mode which adapts to the development of times and the needs of students is put forward .
