工程实践中通常采用标准件作为质心标准。理论研究发现,质心标准件存在较大的不确定性,采用质心标准件校准的质心测量设备量值准确度存疑。在实践中,通过研究创建了全新的质心标准,利用该质心标准对质心测量设备进行了校准,并对两种方法校准的结果进行了比较。应用实践表明,新的质心标准比质心标准件准确度高。

A rigid body, with regular figure, was usually used as the centroid standard in the application of centriod measurement and calibration. But recent researches on the centroid standard found that the value of a rigid body's centroid is often uncertain, which means expecting value of centroid is un-equal to real value because of some reasons and might cause serious errors in the centroid measurement. So a new centroid standard without regular figure was developed to calibrate the special equipment. Ac-cording to comparing results, it's clear that the new standard's centroid outgoes the regular figure's one.
