为探明《出口烤烟分级》标准（YC／T483—2013）对烟叶挑选的实际应用效果，2008－2012年对该《标准》的可行性及其与其他标准在烟叶分级挑选中挑选效率的差异进行试验。结果表明：经《标准》培训后，新招工人培训3个月达合格，熟练工人随着挑选工龄的增加，培训合格的时间从2个月减少到1周，工人返岗率提高。把烟挑选量由900 kg／（人·d）增加到1350～1600 kg／（人·d），片烟挑选量达500 kg／（人·d）以上，高于专业挑选工场的挑选效率；生产加工中返回烟叶数量由应用前的7％降到1％左右，挑选成本由应用前的26元／50kg 左右降至7元／50 kg 左右，应用标准后客户使用等级都是统一质量标准，相对减少存放等级，仓库利用率提高，车间的等级出错率下降。
위탐명《출구고연분급》표준（YC／T483—2013）대연협도선적실제응용효과，2008－2012년대해《표준》적가행성급기여기타표준재연협분급도선중도선효솔적차이진행시험。결과표명：경《표준》배훈후，신초공인배훈3개월체합격，숙련공인수착도선공령적증가，배훈합격적시간종2개월감소도1주，공인반강솔제고。파연도선량유900 kg／（인·d）증가도1350～1600 kg／（인·d），편연도선량체500 kg／（인·d）이상，고우전업도선공장적도선효솔；생산가공중반회연협수량유응용전적7％강도1％좌우，도선성본유응용전적26원／50kg 좌우강지7원／50 kg 좌우，응용표준후객호사용등급도시통일질량표준，상대감소존방등급，창고이용솔제고，차간적등급출착솔하강。
In order to verify the application of “Exports of Flue-cured Tobacco Grading(YC/T 483-2013)”standard on the selection of the practical application,The feasibility of the “standard”and the difference with other standards in selection efficiency were tested during 2008-2012.Results:Trained by the “standard”,new worker amounted to qualified after three months training.With the increase of length of service selection of skilled workers,training time from two months down to one week.The rate of return to work raise.Bundle selection amount from 900 kg/(person o day)to 1 350 ~ 1 600 kg/(person o day);loose leaf selection amount up to 500 kg/ (person o day),higher than the professional selection factory selection efficiency;The number of return tobacco in production process down to 1% from 7%, selection costs down to 7 Yuan/50 kg from 26 Yuan/50 kg by using the standard.After applying standard customer use grades is unified quality standard,relatively reduced the storage grades and improved storage utilization,workshop error rate decreased.
